Mario Lupia – Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner
Mario Lupia is the chief executive officer and managing partner of ProspeX Digital. Mario formed ProspeX Digital alongside longtime friend and business partner Joseph Mannino driven by a vision to create a performance marketing company that specializes in a turnkey, customer-focused experience.
As a direct marketing industry veteran, Mario has spent the last 30 years working with both offline and online prospect development and performance marketing companies.
He is formerly an executive member of The CollegeBound Network, a leader in online education recruitment, which he joined in 2004 as director of marketing. He transitioned to chief operating officer in 2007, overseeing all day-to-day operations. Under his command as COO, the company grew to $100 million in annual sales with 600+ employees and offices and contact centers nationwide.
Mario holds a BS in business management and marketing from St. John’s University. Past positions include direct marketing and database management in sales and sales management roles with The Lake Group, SpeciaLists Marketing Services, and DoubleClick’s Abacus Group.
In his new role, Mario will oversee all day-to-day operations and partnership relationships.
Joseph Mannino – Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Partner
Joseph Mannino is the chief revenue officer and managing partner of ProspeX Digital. Joseph is a sales veteran with a specialty in education recruitment and data sales and acquisition.
Joseph attended SUNY Binghamton where he studied business management. Upon completing his studies, Joseph entered the world of finance in a position with Lehman Brothers. Seeking a new sales opportunity, he later joined Mario at SpeciaLists Marketing Services, where they worked side by side in the alternative media department heading up sales for all offline lead generation products.
In 2002 Joseph joined The CollegeBound Network as sales director for their offline print and direct marketing products. In 2004 he transitioned to sales manager and later to executive vice president, overseeing the company’s online lead generation marketing products. Joe also served as an executive team member.
Over those years Joseph oversaw a team who grew sales to more than $10 million dollars monthly, and in 2008 reached a personal sales milestone of $40+ million dollars in annual sales. He worked with almost every major brand in the education recruitment space, including ITT, Career Education Corp, Devry, Liberty University, and University of Phoenix, just to name a few.
In his new role, Joseph will oversee all day-to-day sales and affiliate initiatives for all company verticals.
